Common questions
- Adding a piece. Tap the add button, take or choose a photo, check the details, then tap Save this piece. Nothing is stored until you save.
- AI analysis. AI reads piece details, gives outfit advice and runs Fit Check. Before sharing data, onboarding requires the agreement checkbox under your handle. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy links open popups. This is a one-time permission action, with no AI switch in Settings; provider and data details are in the Privacy Policy.
- Outfit ideas. Shows the actual pieces in your closet separately. Polished piece photos may change small details; review them carefully.
- Fit Check. Size suggestions are estimates, not guarantees. Always compare with the brand's own size guide.
- Export your data. Profile → Settings → Export my account records downloads a JSON file of account records, excluding photo binaries. Account settings are also available from the paywall.
- Delete your account. Profile → Settings → Delete account and data. Access ends immediately; permanent removal of account records and files runs in the background. Cancel Apple subscriptions separately. Account settings are also available from the paywall.
- Sign-in problems. If you signed up with email, check your inbox for a confirmation link. For Apple sign-in, make sure you are signed in to that account on your device.
