Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vesti (the "App"). By creating an account, or by checking the box and continuing, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who may use the App

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the App for an organization, you represent that you may bind it.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, your credentials and activity under it. Keep your password secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or create risk.

3. License to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services terms that apply to apps you download from the App Store. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, measurements, and other content you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the App — including sending it to the AI providers described in the Privacy Policy after you check the onboarding agreement to the AI sharing described in that policy. You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or violate the law.

5. AI features — important disclaimers

The App uses automated, probabilistic AI. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. In particular:

• Piece details read from a photo (category, color, materials, attributes) may be wrong; review and edit them.
• Outfit advice, Fit Check verdicts and size suggestions are estimates only and are not a guarantee of fit, size, availability, or quality.
• Polished piece photos are AI-generated and may change small garment details; review the result carefully.
• Nothing in the App is professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

You are responsible for decisions you make based on AI output. Do not rely on the App for safety-critical choices.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share;
• use the App to harass others, or to process other people's photos without their permission;
• reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass security, usage limits, or access controls;
• use the App to build a competing dataset or service;
• violate any law or the rights of others.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Vesti requires an active Vesti Pro subscription to use its closet and AI features. Account controls, help, export and account deletion remain available without a subscription. Weekly, monthly and yearly plans are billed through Apple's App Store; the purchase screen shows your localized price and billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple Account settings before renewal. Deleting your Vesti account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Restore purchases is available in the app. Refund requests are handled by Apple, subject to applicable law and Apple's policies.

AI use has credit limits. The weekly plan includes 25 image credits and 50 AI generation credits in the first seven-day allowance period, then 15 image credits and 50 AI generation credits in each later seven-day period. Monthly and yearly plans include 100 image credits and 200 AI generation credits in the first monthly allowance period, then 50 image credits and 200 AI generation credits per month. Yearly allowances reset monthly. Creating one polished piece photo with Seedream uses one image credit. Outfit suggestions, swaps and Fit Check actions use one AI generation credit per request, so they share the generation allowance; generating an outfit does not create or charge for an outfit image. Identifying a newly added photo does not use a generation credit. Other safety, concurrency and spending limits can apply. No free introductory trial is promised unless the purchase screen displays a real eligible App Store offer.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design, text, graphics, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

9. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services (including Supabase, OpenRouter, Google, fal.ai and Apple sign-in). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Availability and changes

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI features depend on third parties and usage limits.

11. Disclaimers of warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI output or any size or fit suggestion will be accurate or suitable.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vesti will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vesti from claims and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

14. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any non-waivable rights, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jordan, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction that applies where you live. These Terms do not limit non-waivable rights under applicable United States state or federal law.

16. Apple-specific terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them. You must comply with the App Store terms and Apple's usage rules. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App or by email and update the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
